Do you like green eggs and ham? Our kindergartners sure did! Mrs. Zais from the kitchen read us that silly story and then our cook friends made green eggs and ham for us to try! We graphed if we did or did not like them. Most of us did! We had a great time dressing up as our favorite Dr. Seuss character!

We had THE BEST DAY celebrating our 100th Day of Kindergarten! We dressed as 100 year old grandmas and grandpas. After eating our 100 breakfast, we completed stations related to the number 100. We built with 100 cups, 100 marshmallows and 100 legos, counted by 10's to 100, bingo-dabbed "gumballs" on the machine, counted out 100 pieces of Fruit Loops to make necklaces, put numbers in order to 100, raced to 100 in a counting game and made 100th day crowns. We also recorded 100 "licks" of a lollipop to see if we could get to the middle. We counted out 100 snacks and ate those. AND, what 100th Day celebration would be complete without popping 100 balloons with our bumpers?!? We had a BLAST!!! We learned all about Penguins, discovering facts about where they live, what they eat, what predators they have and how they move.
